Childhood Obesity Solution

Childhood obesity has been increasing at an epidemic rate. In the United States alone more than 30% of kids and teens are overweight or obese. Former President Bill Clinton considers this "the single greatest tragedy facing our society today".

If you are a parent with an overweight child, you worry about them. You worry that they will not be accepted. You worry about their health. You worry that they will continue to gain weight, year after year, compounding their current problems.

I know. My son, now eighteen was overweight for most of his teenage years. Each year he would gain a few more pounds so that by the time he was 17 he was quite "chunky". He loved junk food and would discard his healthy lunch in favor of McDonalds or other unhealthy fast food. He would nibble at his healthy supper and then stuff himself afterward with high fat snack food.

I was worried, but at a loss as to what I should do. As you know, the last thing a teenager wants to do is what his parents tell him to do. So trying to steer him towards a healthier diet did not work. I felt guilty, and a failure as a parent for not being able to help my child.

Fortunately there is help. Youth fitness coach Brian Grasso has developed a plan that makes fitness FUN for children and teenagers. An expert in his field he has been improving the lives of children for 12 years and can help your child.

"... The voice of reason and beacon of hope..."

"Brian Grasso is a voice of reason and a beacon of hope for anyone who wants kids to develop fitness patterns for life"

Around my son's 17th birthday he adopted a healthier lifestyle. He started eating better, exercising, lifting weights and loosing weight. As much as I would like to take credit for steering him in the right direction, the success was all his. His confidence and his popularity soared! With the help of Brian's plan, your child can also loose weight and become healthier.

Stop worrying and blaming yourself. Learn more about Brian's plan and help your child become healthier and happier.
